Well hello my long lost friends!
Today I’m coming at you with a sentence-per-picture ‘what I ate’ thinking out loud post about…well what I’ve eaten lately! I know it’s been ages and we have a lot to catch up on (and I need to post my half marathon recap!!), but I wanted to join Amanda’s party today, so here we are.
I’ll be back once this crazy semester is over in LESS THAN ONE WEEK!!!
In the meantime, Happy weekend, and HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON!
(Kind of) Recent Eats:
(All of these photos are from my Instagram, @LaurRuns!)
Salmon burger with romaine, avocado, pickled tomatoes, and lemon aioli on a multigrain bun from Union Street. As good as it sounds.
Smoothies with Jif peanut powder. I love mixing this stuff with plain yogurt and frozen banana, too!
My favorite Surf City Squeeze Blueberry Spinach Cucumber smoothie. So refreshing.
Almond-infused vanilla cupcakes (with dark chocolate buttercream frosting & slivered caramelized almonds) for my roommate’s 22nd birthday. We go hard.
I miss tailgating! This was only a fraction of our spread for Parents Weekend. Man, that was a blast. I’m serious – the older I get, the more I realize how much parents rock.
I’m obsessed with Fall flavors. This Chobani was way too good.
Speaking of Fall flavors… Sometimes, you just need the real thing.
Does anyone else pour hot sauce over everything?
Love me some Quest bars. Just ordered a box of cinnamon roll in the Cyber Monday sale!
Paper towel for a plate? Yeah, it’s a glamorous life I live.
Told you it’s glamorous!
Thanksgiving 2015 was a success. The pie was my favorite part, so of course I failed to snap a photo.
Turkey wraps get me through long days of paper writing and studying.
Just kidding, these are what get me through. I think I found the meaning of life inside this blondie. It’s called Nutella.

On that note, catch ya later!

Even those cupcakes were healthy!

Haha they may sound it, but they definitely weren’t! It’s all about balance! 😉
